A health coach helps you change the way you eat, move, recover, sleep, manage stress and shape your environment, in a way that actually fits your life.

At Whole Life Health, that means we look at the full picture: your energy, food, movement, sleep, stress, symptoms, family rhythms, mindset and home environment. Then we build a realistic plan around you.

Not just what to do.

How to actually do it.

Because most people don’t need more random health information. They need help turning the right information into a life that supports them.

Why not just hire a personal trainer, nutritionist and life coach?

You could. And in the right context, each of those professionals can be brilliant.

But most tired, busy parents don’t struggle because they’re missing one isolated plan. They struggle because food, movement, stress, sleep, family life and environment are all tangled together.

A PT might help with exercise. A nutrition professional might help with food. A life coach might help with goals and mindset.

Whole Life Health brings those threads into one joined-up coaching process.

I won’t diagnose, prescribe medical diets or replace specialist clinical care. But I will help you understand the bigger picture, build practical rhythms, and make changes that actually work in real life.

The point isn’t to collect more experts.

The point is to build a life that works.

Is this just another diet programme?

No.

Food is a big part of the work because food is information for your body. But this is not a diet plan, calorie-counting system or short-term fat-loss challenge.

We look at the roots: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, light, rhythm, environment and community, using a primal, ancestral lens that asks what your body is actually designed to recognise and respond to.

Weight often changes, cravings often calm down, and energy often improves, but the aim is much bigger than looking better for a few weeks.

The aim is to rebuild your health from the foundations up.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No.

Most people come to me because they’re tired, foggy, overwhelmed, uncomfortable in their body or frustrated that they can’t seem to make changes stick.

We start where you are.

You don’t need to be gym-confident, sporty, disciplined or “in a good routine” before you begin. That’s what we build.

Will I have to go to the gym?

No.

Gym work can be useful, but it’s not the foundation.

We focus on moving like a human: walking, lifting, carrying, crawling, climbing, playing, getting outdoors, building useful capacity and bringing movement into daily life.

Some clients train in gyms. Some train at home. Some start with walks, floor-based movement and tiny movement snacks between the chaos of work and family life.

The best movement plan is the one your body responds to and your life can actually hold.

Is this suitable if I’m busy with work and kids?

Yes, that’s the point.

This isn’t built for people with endless free time, colour-coded meal prep and two spare hours a day to train.

It’s built for parents and busy professionals who need their health to work in the middle of real life: school runs, work stress, poor sleep, family meals, full calendars and the occasional child licking a window... ok, instert your own anecdote then.

We don’t build from fantasy.

How much does Whole Life Health coaching cost?

The initial Whole Life Health 'Built for Life' coaching package is £1,800 for individuals or £3,000 for couples.

This includes 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching plus 6 months of access to the Whole Life Health TRIBE community, so you’re supported well beyond the initial coaching phase.

This isn’t a generic workout plan, meal plan or six-week challenge. It’s a personalised, whole-life coaching process where we work on the roots of your health: food, movement, stress, sleep, symptoms, habits, mindset, environment and family rhythm.

There are also opportunities to add extra support where helpful, including additional 1:1 sessions, specialist services, workshops, group sessions and TRIBE add-ons, so your support can evolve with you.

If you’re looking for the cheapest way to get a meal plan or gym programme, this probably isn’t it.

If you want joined-up, personalised support that helps you understand your body, change your habits, and actually follow through in real life, that’s exactly what this is for.
